Sarah
My name is Sarah Draper, and I am a Certified Life Coach and Guide, offering reflective listening, encouragement, accountability, and guidance to individuals seeking to address specific challenges and foster self-healing. With over 15 years of experience, I have dedicated much of my career to serving older and vulnerable adults, working as a caregiver, assisting in managing a small home for marginalized elderly, and providing case management across various settings. I also have education and experience in the addiction field, having earned my Master’s in Social Work from Madonna University in 2019.
In October 2022, I embarked on a structured human formation journey with fellow Catholics, using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. A year later, I began assisting in writing reports speculating on the roles of different parts for others entering the same formation. I continue to deepen my knowledge through reading, professional training, and group supervision led by a Level 3-trained IFS therapist and coach
My faith is at the core of who I am, and I have dedicated my life to the Lord since 2008. Some of my most fulfilling experiences include walking alongside others in their faith journeys through jail ministry, small groups, and completing the Heart of Christ Spiritual Direction Program in 2017.
To unwind, I enjoy walking with my Bernese Mountain dog in the woods, savoring the beauty of nature, and sharing homemade meals with others. I believe that every person, along with their internal system, is a gift from the Lord to the body of Christ. My coaching practice is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, informed by Internal Family Systems.
